What makes Elora Scenta products special?

At Elora Scenta, we believe everyday self-care should be simple, beautiful, and thoughtfully made.

Our collection includes handcrafted natural soaps, nourishing body butters, soy wax candles, and wax melts. Each product is created in small batches using carefully selected ingredients, with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and the beauty of everyday rituals.

What are your natural soaps made from?

Our handcrafted soaps are made with thoughtfully selected oils and butters, including ingredients such as olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and castor oil.

Depending on the variety, our soaps may also contain botanical ingredients such as oatmeal, goat milk, honey, natural clays, sea salt, charcoal, and essential oils.

Each soap has its own unique formulation. Please refer to the individual product page for its specific ingredients.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

We offer different soap varieties to suit a range of personal preferences.

Our Unscented Goat Milk & Oatmeal Soap is designed for customers who prefer a gentle, fragrance-free cleansing experience, while other varieties feature botanical ingredients and essential oil aromas.

As everyone's skin is different, we recommend reviewing the ingredients and performing a patch test before first use.

What are your body butters made from?

Our Raw Shea & Jojoba Body Butter is handcrafted with raw shea butter, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, and arrowroot powder.

This rich blend is designed to moisturize and soften the skin while providing a smooth, comfortable application.

We offer both Unscented and Lavender & Vanilla varieties.

Do you use artificial fragrances?

Our soy wax candles and wax melts are scented with essential oils rather than conventional synthetic fragrance oils.

We also offer soaps scented with essential oils, as well as unscented options for customers who prefer products without added fragrance.

What are your soy wax candles and wax melts made from?

Our candles and wax melts are handcrafted using 100% soy wax, paired with carefully selected essential oils.

We focus on creating naturally scented home fragrance products that complement your living space with beautiful botanical aromas.

Because we use essential oils, scent strength may vary depending on the botanical blend, room size, and how the product is used.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

For the first burn, allow your candle to develop an even melted wax pool across the surface, without exceeding the recommended maximum burn time.

Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and follow the safety instructions on its label.

How do I use your soy wax melts?

Place the recommended amount of wax melts into a suitable wax warmer and follow the warmer manufacturer's instructions.

As the wax warms, it gradually releases its aroma into your space.

Do not add water to the wax, and never leave an operating warmer unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

How should I store my handmade soaps and body butters?

Handmade Soaps: Store unused soap in a cool, dry place. Between uses, keep your soap on a well-draining soap dish to help it dry properly.

Body Butters: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Natural butter-based products may change consistency with temperature.

Always use clean, dry hands or a clean spatula when applying body butter.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on soaps and personal care products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos where applicable.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we take care when preparing each order.

Processing times and estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.
